02 / Run the setup + job worker
Passenger serves this page and API only. Add the command below as a cPanel cron every minute, using this app's activated Python environment.

The cron may need minutes to install/download or transcribe. Your provider must allow that runtime and sustained CPU use. Without cron/service, setup stays queued.
A VPS supervisor can instead run python maintenance.py continuously. Do not launch background threads from the web page.
03 / Connect your C# app
No authenticated API test requested. This is not a desktop connection test.

- Open the C# r28 ASR settings and select Remote Python. An older build without that option cannot be upgraded by this webpage.
- Copy the base URL, with its final slash. Do not append index.html or v1/jobs.
- Reveal the C# token privately and paste it in the masked C# API-token field. It is not the administrator password.
- Select small and Persian fa. Approve upload processing only for recordings you may send.
- Use a 3-second poll interval and initially a 3600–7200 second client deadline where the C# build offers these controls.
- Run its connection check, then the same short recording in Manual ASR. Save/apply after success.
- Only then enable web-queued ASR and test one full callback.
Use C# ASR Settings → Remote Python server → Small, paste this URL/token privately, approve audio upload, test a short Persian call, then Save. No C# source change is needed beyond r28.
