This static help page is separate from Python. It contains no credentials. A visible page is NOT proof that Passenger, model inference or the worker is ready.

01 / Check the Python web route

The check sends no token and uploads no audio.

Expected unauthenticated result: HTTP 401 with AUTH_REQUIRED. That proves this API route responds and requires authentication—not that inference is ready.

02 / If the API still returns 500

  1. Use cPanel's Restart button. This is a mouse action, not a terminal command.
  2. Refresh the private dashboard, then inspect the private diagnostic log.
  3. If the request produces no new Python log entry, request the Passenger/server error from hosting support.

Terminal command — copy only this code:

Do not change generated .htaccess files, disable TLS checks or move private credentials into public_html. A server error before Python starts cannot be repaired by this HTML page.

03 / Settings for C# r31

  1. Open the private dashboard and sign in.
  2. Use Reveal C# token there. Never paste the setup password as the token.
  3. In C# ASR settings select Remote Python, paste the URL and API token, and select server-default in r31, or an explicit tested model.
  4. Approve audio upload, test connection, then test the same short Persian recording in Manual ASR.
  5. Save/apply after success; only then enable queued web ASR.

No token is accepted, displayed, copied or stored by this public page. If C# has no Remote Python option, use the supplied C# r31 source/auto-patch.

04 / Readiness checklist

  • HTTPS private login opens through Python.
  • Native model + VAD probe passed.
  • Maintenance cron is configured and heartbeat is recent.
  • A known 10–30 second Persian file succeeds in the dashboard.
  • The same file succeeds through C# Remote Python.
  • One web → C# → Python → C# → web job finishes without duplicates.

Your earlier terminal smoke test passed in 163.4 seconds. This is reported historical evidence, not live status or a real-call speed benchmark.

Profile: one inference at a time, selected tested model, CPU INT8, two native threads. A 100-process quota does not mean 100 transcription workers.
